CIGS demo
Demonstration tool to calculate the effect of bad areas on the performance of a 4-cell CIGS module. Bad areas are determined by a bad dark saturation current density. The location, shape and size are determined by the user. Can be customized for other inhomogeneities.
H-pattern
Finite element model to calculate the performance of an H-pattern cell.
Included is resistance of metal and contact. Back side of the cell is assumed to be at 0 Volts.
IVFit
Fits measured I-V curves with either a two-diode or a single diode model.
